## How to reach us

- **WhatsApp** — Send a photo of your garment — we'll tell you upfront what's possible and roughly what it costs.
- **Just walk in** — We accept most repairs and alterations without an appointment. Bring your garment — and the shoes you'll wear with it.

- **Appointment** — Not needed for most alterations. For wedding dresses, please call ahead.
- **Languages** — We advise in German and English.
- **Payment** — Cash and debit card.
- **Photo first** — On WhatsApp we can often estimate the work and the price before you even visit.
