## What's possible on the same day

Guide prices. We give the final price once we've seen the piece.

- **Seam repair:** from €15, 30–60 minutes
- **Button sewing:** from €5, often immediately
- **Zip replacement (trousers):** from €20, 60–120 minutes
- **Zip replacement (dress / skirt):** from €25, 60–180 minutes
- **Strap shortening or adjustment:** from €15, 30–60 minutes

## How it works

Four steps from call to handover.

1. **Call first** — Tell us what's broken and when you need to wear it. We'll tell you honestly whether today works.
2. **Walk in** — Workshop at Baumschulenstraße 36 in Berlin-Treptow, or one of our others in Bernau, Strausberg and Tangermünde. Address and map under Locations.
3. **Repaired, often while you wait** — Seam and button usually on the spot. Zip replacement usually 1–2 hours.
4. **Fitting and payment** — Put it on once more before handover. Payment in cash or by debit card.

## What we don't promise

So you know when to look elsewhere.

- Very complex repairs (leather jacket with lining, multi-layered bodice): please book an appointment.
- Vintage or collector items without an on-site damage assessment.
- Repairs with less than ninety minutes' notice when the workshop is full — please call first.

## Drop-offs and closing times

How late we can take work in depends on how busy we are and when we close — best to call before you set off. On busy Saturdays the cut-off comes earlier.

### Do I need an appointment?

Usually not — just send us a photo on WhatsApp and we'll let you know straight away if we have capacity today.

### Is it available on Saturdays too?

Yes. On busy Saturdays the cut-off for new repairs can come earlier.

### Is the repair guaranteed?

If the repair tears again in the same spot, we will take another look at it free of charge.

### Which workshop for Berlin emergencies?

Currently Baumschulenstraße 36 in Berlin-Treptow. We're planning a second Berlin workshop.
