Privacy Policy
Privacy Policy 1. Privacy at a Glance General Information The following information provides a simple overview of what happens to your personal data when you visit this website. 2. Hosting This website is hosted by Vercel Inc. 3. General Information and Mandatory Disclosures The operators of this site take the protection of your personal data very seriously. Responsible party: Mami Dang Große Straße 63 15344 Strausberg Phone: +49 152 33958491 Email: [Email address] 4. Web Analytics (Umami) This website uses Umami (Umami Software Inc., provided via cloud.umami.is), a privacy-friendly web analytics tool. Umami does not use cookies, does not store data in your browser's local storage, and does not collect personal data such as names, email addresses, or full IP addresses. IP addresses are anonymised. We only collect aggregated usage data (e.g. page views and clicks on contact buttons) to understand how visitors use our website and to improve our services. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in anonymous analysis of user behaviour). Data is processed on Umami's servers; the provider is based in the United States. A data processing agreement (DPA) is in place with Umami for transfers to a third country. You may object to this processing at any time: by switching on your browser's Do Not Track setting, which we honour and then record nothing at all, by contacting us, or by blocking the analytics script in your browser via an ad blocker. 5. Enquiry form and email delivery (Resend) When you use the enquiry form on our contact page, we process the details you enter in order to answer your enquiry. We process: your name, your contact details (email address or phone number), the selected topic, the workshop you optionally choose, an optional preferred date, and your message. We also record the language version of the page from which you submitted the form. Name, contact details, topic and message are required; you may leave every other field blank. Your details are not stored in any database on this website. They are sent as an email to our inbox. We use Resend (resend.com, USA) to deliver that message on our behalf, which means Resend processes and temporarily stores it on its servers; how long is governed by the data processing agreement. If you provide an email address, it is set as the reply address so that we can answer you directly. The form is protected against automated submissions by technical measures. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where your enquiry relates to entering into or performing a contract, and otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to enquiries). The provider is based in the United States. Any transfer to a third country takes place under a data processing agreement (DPA) incorporating the EU standard contractual clauses; the enquiry form is not switched on until that agreement is in place. We keep your enquiry in our inbox for as long as it takes to deal with it and delete it afterwards, unless statutory retention periods apply. You may object at any time to processing based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; please use one of the other contact routes on this website to do so. A copy of the safeguards for the third-country transfer is available on request.
