Bring the trousers — or a skirt or dress — along with the shoes you'll wear with them. No appointment needed at any of our locations.

We pin the right length directly on the leg. Usually takes 5 minutes.

You get a firm price and a pickup day. Only then do we start the work.

We tag the trousers with your order slip and place them in the workshop queue.

Open the original seam, sew the new length, fold the hem or preserve the original hem — depending on cut and fabric.

Before pickup a second pair of hands checks the seam and gives the trousers a final press.

Pay at the counter, check the fit in the changing room if you like, done. 1–3 working days after drop-off.

We check type (spiral, metal, invisible, two-way), length and colour — and tell you honestly whether a direct swap is enough or more work is needed.

Standard clothing zip from €20. Bags, leather goods and home textiles are priced by the work involved — the firm price is set before work starts.

We measure the old zip and pick the matching length, colour and type from stock.

Carefully remove the old zip and sew in the new one. For leather goods and home textiles we use the appropriate machine and seam construction.

We open and close the zip several times and check the run, tension and stops. Only then is the order done.

We'll check the zip with you if you like. Pay, take it home, done.

Broken zip, split seam, torn strap, missing button — just bring it in. No appointment needed.

We look it over and tell you straight whether it's a same-day repair or needs a working day.

The price is fixed before work begins. For same-day repairs you can wait nearby or come back in 1–2 hours.

Express orders skip the standard queue. Replacing a zip, closing a seam or sewing on a button usually takes about an hour.

Matching thread and closure type wherever possible. On a zip we replace the whole slider — no half-measures.

We test the zip several times, tug at the seams, press the buttons. Only then is the order complete.

In most cases you're back out the same day. More complex repairs take 1 working day.

Call and book a quiet fitting time. Available at all locations — Berlin-Treptow, Bernau, Strausberg and Tangermünde.

Bring the shoes and underwear you'll wear on the wedding day. Both change the hem and the fit noticeably.

We pin the hem, waist and straps if needed, and talk through what's worth doing. You get a firm price — no surprises.

We log your dress with the order slip and pinned marks from the fitting. The seamstress reviews each change before cutting or sewing anything.

Tulle, lace, corset, and lining are handled individually. We watch for sequins, beads, and embroidery — nothing gets torn.

For multi-step alterations you come in once more for a fitting. Hem, waist and straps are checked to the last millimetre.

You collect the dress in one of our garment bags. If the wedding is still weeks away, we keep it hanging here for you on request.

Small jobs need no appointment. For an unhurried fitting, book ahead. Either works — just give us a call.

Bring the shoes you'll wear on the day. For suits, also bring the shirt — it affects the shoulder line and sleeves.

Formal wear runs as a priority alteration — a bit quicker than standard trousers. We mark delicate fabrics (silk, satin, lace) separately.

Hem, waist, straps or sleeves to measure. On multi-layer tulle or sequins we stitch by hand — the machine only where it's safe.

Before pickup we steam carefully — never a direct iron on delicate fabrics. Sequins and embroidery get inspected.

Try it on in the changing room if you like. We hand the dress over in a garment bag so nothing creases.

Drop off your jacket, coat, or bag — no appointment needed. We inspect the leather, seams, and zip on the spot.

We check the type of leather, its condition and how much work it needs, then tell you honestly what's possible.

With leather we quote after the assessment, not upfront. You decide before we start.

Leather needs different needles, thread, and machinery than fabric. The job goes to the right station.

Taking it in, replacing a zip, repairing a lining or seam — neat and durable.

We inspect the seam line and function, then condition the leather where needed.

We'll let you know when it's ready. We agree a pickup time when you drop the item off.

Shoe repair is only available at our Strausberg location. Drop the pair off — no appointment needed.

Heel, sole, seam, or zip — we check the shoe and tell you what's worth repairing.

We give you the price after the assessment. The shoes don't go into the workshop until you've said yes.

The job goes to the shoe station with the right tools for heels, soles, and leather.

New heel, glued or stitched sole, new boot zip — matched to the damage.

We check the hold, adhesion, and seam before the shoes are returned.

When you drop them off, we'll tell you when the shoes will be ready.
