When should we bring in the Jugendweihe suit?
Ideally as soon as you have it — two to three weeks before the ceremony leaves room for a second fitting. Running late? Come anyway: we manage a lot at short notice, express by arrangement.
What do Jugendweihe alterations cost?
Trouser hemming from €12, dress hem from €18, sleeves and waist priced by the work involved. We quote the fixed price at the fitting at Baumschulenstraße 36 — nothing is charged before that.
The suit was bought a size too big — can you fix that?
Yes, that's perfectly normal. Trouser legs, waist and sleeves can almost always be taken in cleanly. The shoulders just need to roughly fit — we check that quickly at the fitting in Berlin.
